Jen & Josh Engagement Session

I had the pleasure of photographing Jen and Josh for their engagement session this lovely afternoon. These two love birds met on their fishing team for Kent State University. They were both such a joy to photograph. You could feel the love radiate from the both of them.

Their wedding is in October of 2016. They are having their reception at a beautiful barn filled with chandeliers. The wedding will be stunning and I can't wait to see it in person.

I loved how they incorporated who they are as a couple into their shoot as well. It was just perfect, take a peek for yourself! <3

Jack

I love a great party. I personally think what makes a party so great is the little details. The ones that aren't the focal point of the party but if they weren't there, the whole atmosphere of the party just wouldn't be the same. Do you understand what I mean? Any who, this party was the absolute coolest. I'm actually jealous that this wasn't my birthday party. It was so colorful, action-packed and so much fun.

Jack turned 6 this year and chose a super hero themed birthday. The fab A Charming Fete pulled this party off. They had all the right details so perfect. The cookies, the super hero training, the special guests, the cinder blocks... I could go on and on. Let's just sum up the party in one word: AWESOME. The party was held at Red Space in Downtown. Such a neat venue. The perfect setting for the party. Check it out!

Hannah

I love getting to photograph toddlers and I wish I got to photograph them more often. They are just so sweet and innocent and happy and all I want to do is squeeze them. But I try to refrain. ;) It was such a pleasure meeting Hannah, her mom and her grandmother. They were so sweet. My favorite part of the session though was the song they sang for little Hannah. It was so catchy, why couldn't my momma make a song for me?! I suppose I'll live. :)

Miss Hannah here is 15 months. She loves having her mom and grandma sing to her. And she is quite the stylish girl who can totally rock a pink jean jacket. But those blue eyes, oh those blue eyes. You'll see what I mean when you view the images below.

Mirabelle

I love beach sessions just like I love sweet tea, which is A LOT. I also love having a client who has let me photograph their child since they were babies. I love watching them grow from each session. It's almost kind of bittersweet. They become part of my photography family. And miss Mirabelle is definitely in this category. I got to photograph her 2nd birthday pictures. The little mermaid is her birthday theme. I think all girls at one point in their life wish they were a mermaid. Am I right?! The beach was the perfect backdrop for this session.

Mirabelle loved the water. My kind of girl! Just wished it would have been a tad bit warmer and she could have jumped in! But I'll take any kind of warm weather in April! So here you can check out the sweet beach babes, birthday session!
